The show visits 12 cities in four months as part of the Progressive International Motorcycle Shows. I am proud to announce that the 2012 Grand National Champion of the Ultimate Builder Custom Bike United States Championships in Daytona Beach, Florida, is Jeremy Cupp of LC Fabrications from Mount Crawford, Virginia, with his 1976 Harley-Davidson XL. The other big winner in the Hotbike Modified Harley class was the one and only Steve Iacona from Brooklyn, New York. Not only did Steve win a nice check, he also won a new Screamin’ Eagle motor from Harley-Davidson.
I am proud to say that I know both builders and they are not only two of the best builders in the world but also two of the nicest people you would ever have the honor of meeting. Congrats.
This competition is one of the best-organized shows that I cover. You seldom hear complaints from any of the builders and the judging seems fair and accurate. Keep up the good work.
