Now I know it’s kinda an insult to so focus on INK’s paintjob when Deadline spent so much time changing everything else they could to make this wild bagger including an engine that not only makes 148rwhp (and that’s not even firing off the additional 30hp shot of nitrous!), but it’s a stunner. Oh sure, Deadline stretched and raked the frame, changed or heavily modified every single piece of bodywork, replaced the rolling stock with wild stuff, and built a 120” engine you can only imagine the power on, but the paint is killer. And, in my opinion, not overdone even spread out over such a large canvas. Just the perfect amount of basecoat is left to keep it from being just a busy paintjob. Knowing when to stop is as important as having a plan in the first place.
Just like there are really good tattoos and some really, really bad ones, Deadline Customs knew how to make a fully-tatted bike not only interesting to look at, but a work of art at the same time. Now the only problem with this bike will be the sure-to-follow bad-tatted copycats. A bad tattoo is a bad tattoo whether it’s on a body or a bike so let’s just keep the bad ones on those people who live to regret it every day and leave the bikes alone.
