Laughlin River Run 2010 – Part 2

With Wednesday’s winds and cold weather on Thursday, we expected this to be a different Laughlin than the usual hot, hot, weekend. Except for temps in the 80’s on Saturday, this was the coolest Laughlin in memory. Love that cool weather! The cops according to reports, lined the highway from Vegas to Laughlin through Harry Reid’s hometown of Searchlight, looking for bikers to commit violations so they could extract some tribute. There weren’t as many posers with trophy girlfriends hanging on to them as usual. The act probably went the way of equity loans, derivatives, and Lehman Brothers. Most of the people riding bikes actually looked like riders, not posers. As with politics, change is coming.
