Unfortunately we don’t have any info on who owns it, but whoever it is, he’s one lucky guy. It’s bones are a 1959 Harley-Davidson Servi-Car in use by the Patterson, New Jersey, police department before someone got their hands on it and customized the hell out of it. I’d guess it was probably just an old meter maid bike that went to auction and sold for a song like they all did back in the day. Funny how the police departments of the time who really weren’t that thrilled with bikers in general (in my opinion) supplied the fodder for customs of that era.
The deal behind this trike was that mechanical issues sidelined it and it sat for over twenty years before the new owner got it squared away into a good rider and runner. The amazing thing about this trike was that it was not some ratty custom that got “restored” to its original custom glory, but everything including the paint is as-is-as-done sometime in the ‘70s. How cool is that?
