Here’s a bit of info about the event from TI’s Mary Compeau. “In the summer of 2007 the Alexandria Bay Chamber of Commerce hosted the first Thousand Islands River Run Motorcycle Rally in Alexandria Bay, New York. It was a great success and with each passing year the TI River Run is attracting larger numbers of motorcycle enthusiasts to see what Alexandria Bay (www.alexbay.org) has to offer.

With the beautiful location of the Thousand Islands and an event promoting this area as well as motorcycle enthusiasts through out state of New York, the US, and Canada, this event has the potential of becoming one of Northern New York’s main attractions in a few short years. The TI River is now nationally recognized through out the United States and Canada.
