The 970 Series piggyback shocks combine a high pressure gas mono-tube design with deflective disc valving routed through two unique circuits and adjustable for compression damping. With this set-up, all you have to do to find your sweet spot is turn the knob.
The shock body and piggyback are both coated internally to reduce friction, and then capped with a forged aluminum upper. Threaded preload adjusters make it easy to fine-tune the progressive rate coil spring to suit a rider’s weight and riding style. Available in stock height and 1” lowered for the late model Thruxton chassis.
