Shane’s a Midwest guy, Pataskala, Ohio, to be exact, and the long winters there probably just led to a bit of “What if . . .” moments that culminated in the extreme custom bagger displayed here. The radical drop-seat frame houses an also-radical powerplant, a 113” Ultima, that’s sure to get the show on the road in a timely fashion. The fenderless front end might not be the best thing for touring in inclement weather, but it sure does show off the huge front hoop of a wheel. Maybe that’s why the fairing is sitting so low and does double duty as a fender too, then again maybe not. I got a feeling Shane just likes the unique look and if you check out his take on the bag/fender unit, you’ll see the guy just loves his sheetmetal. While you’re checking out the aft section, be sure to pick up on Shane’s one-off take on exhausts. A very different take on the usual running through the bottom of the bags look and you gotta give Shane points on that alone. The only bad thing about this build is how the hell does Shane top himself on this green beauty? Stay tuned, the winters are long in Ohio and we’ll have to see what Shane comes up with next.
