Hank’s an intake freak if you haven’t noticed by now and there’s almost more tubing in one intake tract than the whole crazy-short exhaust system. Now I might be exaggerating that a bit, but really, only by a tiny bit. That dual intake setup is wild. Actually, that’s better than what the other standard option would be with some sort of velocity stacks sucking wind directly at the wicked, and I really mean wicked, low seat height of 13” which puts your fun future in possible jeopardy. I just measured out 13” on the floor of my office using a wooden box and some magazines and man, that is lower than low. Somehow I don’t think the bike was made for the twisties as lean angle/ground clearance might (ya think?) be a problem.
But obviously that’s not what this bike was made for. This is a showcase bike for a shop that’s not afraid to work on or build anything whether it’s an American V-twin or any number of different metric bikes. Go ahead, check out their extensive galleries on their web site (www.widowmakercdr.com) if you don’t believe me. In the meantime, I’m open for ideas as to what to call this style/type of custom bike.
